Summer in Sydney is just such a time of year that there is no time for blogging just doing. Many visits to the beach, thoughts of new careers, new music to explore. Started playing my guitar again after nearly ten years of idleness, open tuning blues is my thing, inspired by the likes of Seasick Steve, Hound Dog Taylor etc. Getting into Howling Wolf now and lots of Black Keys.
My new Mac book pro has inspired me to get into recording music again and selling on ebay has provided the cash to indulge my techno lust.
Got a Stylophone the other day, going to see if I can make a decent track on the crapiest gear possible.

Dinner at Sean's Kitchen

The photos are crap because they are from my camera phone, but the meal there on saturday night was awesome, pity about the location, the casino is a hole and on saturday night......
The pics are the main courses, gnocci with shaved mushrooms and broadbeans, really good, light fluffy gnocci and beautifully composed, the other is rabbit pie. It was in a suet crust and tasted very intensely of rabbit. The meat was cooked perfectly, was moist and tender.
The service here was also excellent. I had a Chandon pinot to accompany it and this was vibrant bright red colour and suited the meal perfectly
